This oil painting on canvas by Arthur Wilkinson (1860-1930) measures 16"x 24". It is signed lower right and is in the original gilt frame giving an overall size of 24"x 32". It is inscribed on the back with the title "Devonshire, Pastures by the Sea near Clovelly". A very attractive oil painting showing the Devon Coast.
