Kershaw Schofield "The Stream by the Wood" oil on board

Kershaw Schofield was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1872. A landscape and Still life painter in oils and watercolours, he exhibited widely including work at the Royal Academy, Birmingham City Gallery, The Walker Gallery Liverpool, The Manchester City Gallery as well as at local exhibitions and Galleries.

"The Stream by the Wood" is a good example of his work. Measuring 8" x 10" it is in a good hand made English frame giving an overall size of 16"x 18".
