C.E., it contains 31 arches, 50feet span each, ..... the loftiest being 120 feet high, the total length 1873 feet, the main line from Leeds to Thirsk runs under the second arch.... one of the most magnificent records of the skill and enterprise of the British nation in the 19th Century" A good example of this rare Harrogate picture £390 |
